Returns and replacements:
Of course, if an error is ours, we'll replace the item at no charge to you.
Items that are free from defects and made as ordered and as described on our website are not returnable.
If you've made a mistake and need to re-order, we'll be happy to offer you a generous 25% discount to do so.
You MUST call 618-210-2140 to arrange for a return or replacement. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and we do not pay for you to ship an item or items back to us.
All returns and replacements must be made within 30 days of receipt.
SHIPPING
All items are shipped out in a timely manor after receiving art approval and payment for your order. We use either UPS or USPS.
